Our Migrant Lived Experience (LEx) Panel is central to how we work. Panel members are colleagues, not case studies: they co-design projects, carry out peer research and advise on our work across the full range of what we do. It is an approach that goes beyond standard consultation, and it produces better evidence and better policy.
The current panel, our third, runs from October 2026 to March 2028, building on the first panel we convened in 2022 and our second panel, which ran from March 2025 to September 2026. Members bring professional backgrounds across legal casework, community development, advice and support, research and communications, and are diverse in immigration status, ethnicity, gender, religion and country of origin.
